Bio

Based out of the always prevalent Long Island music scene, The OverUnder has quickly established themselves as an up and coming band to watch. After starting together in April of 2007, the 5-piece pop punk outfit wasted little time on making a name for themselves.

After several lineup changes, the band now consists of Jimmy Connors (Lyricist/Vocals), Drew Langer (Guitar/Vocals), Mark Sylvester (Drums), Brian Deutsch (Guitar) and Andrew Bilder (Bass/Vocals). New members Sylvester, Deutsch and Bilder were all perfect fits for the project due to the fact that they all previously played in other Long Island Pop Punk bands.

"We've progressed a lot with all of the new members" says Langer. "They've helped develop our sound into something that I think people are really going to love."

After posting numerous buzz tracks on both MySpace and iTunes this past year, TOU is set to put out their debut release this Summer entitled "First Come, First Served". The band recently made their way down to Baltimore to track the EP, produced by Paul Leavitt (All Time Low, Senses Fail) and mixed by Paul Miner (New Found Glory).

"We've always prided ourselves in being a really hard working band", says Connors. "First Come, First Served definitely represents that about us, and it sends a positive message that hopefully other people can take to heart in their own lives."

With a fresh batch of band members, an established online fanbase, brand new EP plus supporting tour dates...The OverUnder is poised to make a serious run in '09.
